Sonikon PANTHER is the fastest automated production system in its class. Panther offers a complete automated production system, essential for quality assurance. Panthers unique design permits fully automated scanning modes in addition to manual device loading and manual scanning.
Panther includes -
- Loading/Unloading Station - 2 stackers for loading and unloading of JEDEC trays
- Scanning Station - Automated or Manually controlled device scanning
- Dry & Sort Station - Pick & Place and Unload Stacker. Pick & Place sorts devices based to their scanned results and sorts them accordingly.
